Appointment Policy.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late will deprive you of valuable service time. If arriving late, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and will charge the cancellation fee at our sole discretion. If arriving late and we can still safely accommodate you, we will make every effort to perform your service in the remaining scheduled time.
Cancellation, No-Show and Late Rescheduling Policy.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to our cancellation, no-show, and late rescheduling policy. We have a 24-hour cancellation, no-show, or reschedule policy to ensure clients can receive their services in a timely manner and respect everyone’s time. Any client that cancels, is a no-show, and/or is late, or reschedules within 24 hours their prepaid amount paid will be credited for future services but will not be refunded. A 100% of the booking fee applies for no shows, late cancellations.
